| Instructions for Windows Phone |

- 1) Download the free TravelCall App to your Windows phone
- 2) To avoid carrier charges while outside of the country, go to your phone's "Settings"
- a) Turn "Airplane Mode" ON (Leave ON the entire trip)
- b) Turn "Data Roaming" OFF (Leave OFF the entire trip)
- 3) Turn "Wi-Fi" ON, then connect to a WiFi network when ready to make calls
- 4) Upload Talk Time Minutes to your TravelCall APP
- a) Open your TravelCall APP
- b) Dial 611 from the TravelCall APP
- c) At the voice prompt:
- Press "1" for the 500 Free Talk Time Minutes Promotion ... or
- Press "2" to charge Talk Time Minutes to your credit card
- 5) Dial your number
- a) International calls to the U.S.A. & Canada:
1+ Area Code + Number
- b) International calls to all other countries:
1 + Country Code + City Code + Number
- 6) Your new TravelCall number will be sent to you via text
- a) Use this number to send and receive text when outside of the USA
- b) All texting with this number should be done through the TravelCall app
- Max of 1000 promotion minutes allowed per week
- Promotion minutes can only be used for texting and calls to the USA & Canada
- Quality of the call will depend on the WiFi signal strength
- Refer to travelcall.com/rates for a list of approved calling countries
